1. 1. These Terms and Conditions (apply to the sale and delivery of goods by Therapia to its customers. By placing an order, the customer expressly accepts these Terms & Conditions.

2. Prices and Shipping (postage) Costs

   1. The prices offered for the goods are valid at the time of the order and are in GBP/£. For deliveries in the UK, the prices do not include any shipping costs.

3. Payment 

   1. Goods must be paid for in advance. Acceptance of orders is always subject to availability. The delivery period for each order may be specified at the time of order and, unless otherwise stated, is usually two to three working days in the UK. Delivery is usually made by the Post Office. 

4. Warranty

   1. Warranty provisions apply to all deliveries and services provided by Therapia and any warranty claims are in any case limited to the purchase price of the delivered and defective goods. For transactions with consumers, in the event of a defect, the customer may, at their discretion and in compliance with the statutory provisions, demand improvement, replacement of the item, a reasonable price reduction or cancellation. In particular, it must be noted that Therapia’s goods are natural products which can, by their nature, vary in fragrance, appearance and composition from batch to batch. Therapia shall not be liable for consistency of taste, colour, material or pattern or other matching characteristics of subsequently ordered goods. Any warranty shall be excluded after tasting or consumption or once preparation and treatment of the goods has begun, unless specifically stated otherwise.
